Que Sera, Sera...
I love the song, Que sera, sera.. Whatever will be, will be. It shows that life is somehow uncertain and it really suits my life right now. My days are totally unpredictable. It's amazing of how a situation can change in a day, even in 5 minutes. That's the beauty but also the curse of life. It's full of secrets that are waiting to be opened. If you keep thinking about it without doing anything, you won't survive. One thing you really have to do is that: take it easy, but be prepared for the surprise!

Hello, this is pak Eko. COULD YOU PLEASE GIVE ME SOME REASONS WHY MOST OF NEGOTIATORS OR DIPLOMATE SHOULD STUDY THE THEORY AND CONCEPT OF COMMUNICATION?
Why should they study the theory and concept of communication? It's because if they don't, then how can they find the right way to communicate with the public? Without knowing the theory and concept of communication, the negotiators won't be able to negotiate well and it's totally possible for them to lose all the time and for the diplomats, it's hard for them to communicate with other people, it'll be so hard for them to understand what the diplomats want..
